Important photographs were living on staff and volunteer phones because conventional uploads failed on large videos, Live Photos, and unstable mobile connections. This purpose-built pipeline gets an entire event into the organization’s archive without turning one failed file into a failed afternoon.

Why it was built
The archive could only be useful if contributing felt safe.
Staff and volunteers routinely capture the organization’s best moments, but mobile uploads are interrupted by weak Wi-Fi, locked phones, oversized videos, and duplicate files. A generic file form offered no useful feedback when something went wrong.
This product treats reliability as part of the experience: every batch is traceable, every file has its own state, and completed work does not restart because another item needs attention.
