The phone view is optimized for the moment work ends: a clear total, quick entry, and readable task blocks. The weekly view adds activity-area summaries and optional calendar context without counting a scheduled event until a person confirms the work.

Why it was built
Reporting needed detail. Staff needed the process to stay humane.
Traditional time systems optimize for payroll fields, not the actual rhythm of varied community work. People move between communications, facilities, mentoring, food service, meetings, and ministry systems—sometimes within a single block.
This product keeps the entry model simple while preserving the detail leaders need. A real block can contain several tasks, time can be split across activity areas, and optional calendar events serve as memory prompts rather than automatic claims.
